Take a little time for you. This special combo of breathwork and sound healing is all about bringing your mind, body, and spirit back into harmony.

Through guided breath, we’ll gently move stuck energy and emotions so you can release what no longer serves you, leaving you feeling lighter, calmer, and more at peace. Once the active breathing part is complete, you’ll sink into a crystal bowl sound bath that will raise your vibration and deepen the healing.

Expect to feel safe, supported, and deeply nourished as you journey inward.

Session is experienced laying down — dress comfy!
Please bring yoga mat, a small blanket, optional eye covering and anything else you need for your ultimate comfort.
