Sound + Reiki

Join Stacey of Lucky Girl Health & Wellness and Cristin of Rose Heart Reiki for a deeply restorative sound healing and Reiki experience designed to help you soften, reset, and return to yourself.

We’ll begin with 15 minutes to settle into the space, get comfortable, and move through gentle breathwork to calm the nervous system. From there, you’ll be guided into a 45-minute sound bath while Cristin offers Reiki, creating a peaceful energetic container for release, relaxation, and renewal.

At the end of the sound bath, you’ll receive a bonus mini-attunement with the crystal pyramid, followed by 10 minutes of quiet reflection or optional sharing to close.

This experience is perfect for anyone craving stillness, energetic support, deep rest, or a beautiful pause from the noise of everyday life.

Please bring anything that will help you feel cozy and supported, such as a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, water, and journal.
