Our Policies

Cell Phones

  • To maintain the tranquil atmosphere of our wellness center, we kindly ask that you turn off your cell phone and mobile devices upon arrival.

  • Cell phone use is prohibited in our Harmonic Egg® room. 

Booking & Cancellations

  • Online appointment booking is available 90 days in advance and up to 18 hours before the appointment start time.

  • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment start time. For prepaid single services, classes or events only: The full amount of your prepayment will be credited toward your rescheduled or future session. Refunds may be requested within 90 days of the original appointment date, with a small 5% processing fee applied to cover transaction costs.

    • To Reschedule: Click on the “Change Appointment” button in your confirmation email to reschedule on our online system.

    • To Cancel: Call or text us at (215) 694-3624 or email us at hello@thewellnestbucks.com.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to fee of up to 100% of the service price, charged to the credit card on file or deducted from the prepaid package.

  • Missed appointments without notice (“no call, no show”) will be charged in full to the card on file or deducted from the prepaid package.

  • Feeling under the weather? If you’re feeling unwell, even if it’s last minute, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. Health is our top priority, and staying home when sick helps protect everyone’s well-being, including our staff and other customers. We completely understand life happens, and we’re more than happy to work with you to find a new time.

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to ask you to reschedule in order to ensure the next client’s session runs on time.

Refund Policy

  • Prepaid single services, classes, and events are eligible for a refund within 90 days of the original appointment date and when canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy. A 5% processing fee will be applied to cover transaction costs.

  • Multi-Session packages are non-refundable. Harmonic Egg prepaid packages may be shared with immediate family members (spouse, parents, children) and do not expire. Intuitive Reiki multi-session packages are for the benefit of a single user and must be used within 12 months from purchase.

Severe Weather

  • In the event of severe weather conditions that may impact safety, we prioritize the well-being of our clients and staff.

  • If a severe weather alert is issued for the Newtown area or the Council Rock School District, The Wellnest Bucks County reserves the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice. Any affected sessions will be fully credited or rescheduled at no additional cost to you.
