Massage Services
Therapeutic Massage
Begins with a brief postural and movement assessment, followed by focused work on the areas of greatest restriction or imbalance.
Myofascial and pattern aware techniques work with the body’s connective tissue to encourage meaningful release, often allowing other areas to soften and unwind naturally.
This targeted approach prioritizes lasting change and improved ease of movement over generalized relaxation.
Prenatal Massage
A nurturing, supportive massage designed to bring comfort and ease to the changing body throughout pregnancy.
Specially contoured cushions, body bolsters, and pillows are used to comfortably support and safely align the body while relieving pressure on areas that may be experiencing added strain. Gentle, therapeutic techniques address tension and fatigue, creating space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and feel cared for during this transformative time.
Available during the second and third trimesters.
Additional Services
A selection of thoughtful add ons can be incorporated into your session to enhance bodywork and provide additional support for evolving bodies, as desired and appropriate, including:
Aromatherapy
Hot Stones (coming soon)

Meet Stephanie Gimeno, LMT
Stephanie Gimeno is a licensed massage therapist and certified doula whose path into this work has always been deeply personal. As a two time gestational carrier, she experienced firsthand the profound physical and emotional journey of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery. Those experiences shaped her desire to create a space where people can feel supported, cared for, and truly at home in their changing bodies.
Her work is grounded in the belief that the body carries so much of what we experience, and that sometimes what we need most is simply the space to slow down, soften, and be cared for. Stephanie brings a warm, intuitive, and hands on approach to every session, drawing from her training in massage, perinatal care, and somatic bodywork to meet each person with curiosity and compassion.
Outside of her work, Stephanie is usually spending time with her partner and two children, taking a yoga class, or wandering one of the many beautiful parks throughout Bucks County. She calls the area home and feels especially grateful to bring this work to the community she lives in.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Your first session begins with a brief conversation about your history, what’s bringing you in, and what you’d like from your massage. We’ll also look at posture and movement as helpful. From there, your session is customized to you, with check ins along the way to make sure you’re comfortable and the work feels right.
-
Consent is an ongoing conversation. We’ll talk about your preferences before we begin, and you’re always encouraged to speak up if you’d like to change the pressure, positioning, technique, or anything else during your session. Your comfort and boundaries always come first.
-
Sometimes bodywork can bring up emotions, especially during times of transition, stress, pregnancy, or postpartum. If that happens, there’s no need to explain or apologize. You’ll be met with compassion and given whatever space or support you need in the moment.
-
Your comfort and safety guide positioning throughout the session. Stephanie uses specially contoured cushions, body bolsters, and pillows to comfortably support and align your body while relieving pressure. Positioning can be adjusted throughout your session based on your stage of pregnancy and what feels best to you.
